Looks much better then anything I could create digitally so far, great job
One big flaw though that I feel like I have to mention (you have probably seen it yourself but anyway), that spear is just positioned wrong, it looks really weird, the way he's holding it it should not go down in front of himself, it looks like the arm holding the flag/spear is coming out of his stomach. I would just simply try removing the part that goes in front of him, that would make a huge difference.
(another little pet peeve is that his left arm looks a bit to small and stubby, also an easy fix).
Hope I'm not seeming like an asshole here, I really like your art and wish I had your skill
